chiyola says time really flies!

woohoo time really flies! its been some time since i have graduated and had already gone through my first job. currently taking a small break to relax and get ready for my next job =)

time track to july 25th:
my graduation ceremony was really great with my parents and boyfriend with me, it will be better if my granny came along but i don't think she will be able to endure the walk, the wait and the amount of standing time. come to think of it in contrast during my poly graduation, my parents did not attend as I did not invite them and ahgohgoh was in NS LOL!

Anyway i am very happy and lucky to be able to go into uni and complete my degree with good grades =) in the past i did not think that studying and obtaining a degree was important and i wanted to work after poly but luckily i did not do so. throughout my uni education, i have learnt to be more mature, more responsible for my own work and get to know more people and of course gain more knowledge and skills. I really appreciate and want to thank all the people who helped and encourages me to go for my degree =) thank you.

time track to july 21st to sept 30th:
july 21st was a very important day for me, its my first day of work! OMG! haha. for those who were not aware, my first job was a PE/Chem teacher in STC. a lot of people was surprised by my decision, for me i jus wanted a job which was not engineering and research and something interesting and meaningful. at that time i really think teaching was not bad and teaching pe was good too as i can exercise and stay healthy. so if thats it why is it that i quit jus after a month of teaching? hmmm even myself cant give myself a definate answers. I guessed my decision was affected by several factors. the most important one will be a new job opportunity came. maybe all along i do not like teaching and i was bluffing myself? hee. its not easy starting out as a contract teacher, for me my difficulties faced were how to handle discipline problems and carry out pe lessons teaching students even the sports i do not know how to play, o no, and i am also not very good at presenting myself and giving instructions. bad things aside, on a brighter note, there are really some cute and fun students who will brighten up your days and i have also made some great friends over there!

i also want to blog about ahgohgoh!:
ahgohgoh and me went to the night safari recently, my first time there! nice experience, i really like the tram ride into the rain forest where u can enjoy the cooling and refreshing breeze brush against your face =) nice! however my night vision was not as good as ahgohgoh's and half the time i cant really figure out where and what was the animal. lol

cute zebra chairs there!

ahgohgoh's 23rd birthday just passed and finally he is now at the same age as me. he looks quite young and i hope we don't have the jie di lian look. lol what am i thinking. hee. anyway we went for the sky dining, its not bad overall but there are really some obvious improvements to be made like cushion seats and more candle lights please. im glad ahgohgoh likes his present and the dinner! finally i can do something good for him on his birthday. hee.

too tired to continue blogging, bye for now!
